Is the Wii Fit worth buying?

Does it give you a good exercise routine?

Yes, its great. I got mine a few days ago and I love itt! It keeps track of your weight, although I don't think this is completely accurate, earlier it told my sister she gained 1lbs in like a minute. There are aerobic exercises for losing weight, muscle exercises for strengthening muscles, yoga exercises and balance games which I think are the best.

Yes i think it does very much. We bought one a couple of months ago and I was totally out of shape. Now I am 40 pounds lighter. Trust me it is totally worth it, as long as you do it daily and do all of the exercises at leastt once. You'll get stronger the more you do it. Itreallyy helps. True that some of the 'games' get boring, but the exercise is what you looking for. Hope this helps. Feel free to reply or anything. Have fun!

Hi, the Wii-Fit is definitely worth buying, it not only helps you lose weight but it also has lots of fun games to play. It will also be used in nintendos new game, due for release, called Wii Music, the Wii Board will somehow be incorporated in this and be used to play music. Absolutely.  It's only light exercise, nothing hardcore like running a marathon or weight lifting.  It IS exercise, though, and it's fun.  If I lived in a perfect climate I might not have a use for indoor exercise, but up here in the midwest it's nice to have painless and fun exercise in my living room!

I don't think so, cause you're going to eventually get tired of playing games and using it as an exercise. Just go to the gym.
