Is the XFX (nVIDIA) GeForce 8400 GS a good graphics card and what about the Sapphire (ATI) Radeon HD 3450 ?

i need to know if the following graphics cards are good and what games they can play

Sapphire (ATI) Radeon HD 3450

XFX (nVIDIA) GeForce 8400 GS

if there is a better card i can get for $50 canadian please let me know

Dude for a 100 bucks more you get it all stop being cheap put more hours in to you job or something save up dont waste it on a cheap 50 dollar card

Neither are that great, but the 8400 is the overall better choice.
