Is the XM AND SIRIUS MERGER good for Sirius radio stock holders?

i recently bought 150 shares of Sirius stock and i don't totally understand if the merger is good for sirius stock holders. i figure that it would be good for both. but which would be better for? thanks for your answers

it is supposedly good for the 2 companies and its stockholders. I've heard both sides say that combining the 2 would be better because as individuals, they arent growing and they really arent making any money. As a combined company, it is supposed to have more capital and i guess they can do more...

i wouldnt expect sirius stock to go up much though...the market for satellite radio isnt that huge...
