Is the Yamaha fz6 the same as the yzf r6s? Just doesn't have all the body work...?

if it is the same bike can you just get fairings and stuff and put it together and make it look like the r6? i wondering this because it would b cheaper on insurance

Nope, the R6 is a totally different Animal.

The FZ 6 is more a naked version of the YZF600R, which again, is different from the R6. The YZF and FZ are tuned down versions.

NOT the same bike! They have somewhat the same motor almost,but everything else is different. Although if you have some fabrication skills it is possible to make the fairrings work for that bike.
