  1. people can downvote me I dont care...

go ahead buy whatever bike you want. my first bike was a gsxr600.  if you buy a 250 or a smaller bike you will likely regret it after a few months.

however with that said, you can resell it, people are always buying small bikes. i say get the 600, its the one you want, and you will be more happy.

dont be sold on the yamaha, check out a cbr, f4i, gsxr or a 636. they are all very similar in power, but offer different comfort levels, see which one you feel most comfortable on.

  2. r6 only go over the speed limit, you should get a scooter

  3. you're wrist will be aching after 20 minutes and you'll never get comfortable on it.  you don't know what you're doing so most likely you'll drop it a few times if not crash it hard.   but if you're just trying to pose go ahead

  4. yes it's a good bike for you

  5. WORST BEGINNER BIKE IN THE WORLD- YOU CANT PASS YOUR ROAD TEST ON IT.

  6. If you were a father and you had a six year old son, would you turn him loose to use a 100 HP lawn mower, even if he insisted he would take good care of it?

A No, because he might mess up you lawn and that would be bad.

B No, he might break it and its very expensive.

C It might be dangerous, you worry about his safety in spite of his assurance of being careful.

Now which answer would you choose?

Why should we let you ride a 600cc sport bike any more than you would let a small child operate a hugely powerful lawn mowing machine? We can't tell you NOT to buy it, but don't look for us to agree with you to make you FEEL better.

Oh, BTW, *I* am a HEAVY guy, 325 lbs of road hugging weight and I ride a less powerful motorcycle than any 250!

  7. first go ot a dealer and test drive it.

if you like how it feels then you can buy it
