nope, UDE already discussed that this deck will probably not come out because common crush card and other viruses will be chaos and money would be lost for those who pay 350 for a crush card.

No, both Surge of Radiance and Curse of Darkness will never be released in the TCG. The new cards from these structure decks were released as secret rares in Strike of Neos and Force of the Breaker, respectively. This was most likely due to the formerly rare cards that were going to be printed as commons: Crush Card, Solemn Judgment, etc.
