Is the Zx1 4 stroke dirt bike manual?

I want to get into pocket/mini bikes but i dont know what to get. I have never really rode a motorcycle before so i dont whant to get something that is manual because i would not know how to use it. If it is please tell me how to use it or if there are any other bikes that are better. I need something with power but small to fit into a car.
