  1. Pretty much fixed.  There are always some small amounts of matter being added to the earth as meteors and cosmic dust and always a slight seepage of atmospherics gases 'leaking' out into space.  Both amounts can be estimated to some degree but both are considered small enough to be ignored.  We are not going  to run out of atmosphere soon and the earth is not going to gain enough weight to change its orbit and fall into the sun (as a result of increased attraction).  


  2. Its fixed, depending on if you meant elements. Elements are the simplest form of matter. Matter is increasing due to the earth pulling in stuff but the basic elements are fixed at 117 different elements. So matter is increasing but elements are fixed.

  3. Increasing very slightly, due to infalling material from space. One study estimates that the mass of the Earth increases by about 10^8 kg per day in this manner.
