Is the area around Thistletown Collegiate institute, etobicoke good or a criminal area like kipling & finch?

I am planning to buy a house around that area , but i dont know if that area is a good area or is it also a criminal area like kipling and finch , with drugs , guns and all other bad things happening????

 HAHAHA wow the  rep we get for rexdale, seriously pople, it is not that bad I been living around the thristletown area half my life and haven't really seen bad stuff happened, I even attended TCI and havent seen anyone get shot, just because the odd shootings happened long ago pople have a perception that rexdale is  a bad area and if you go there you'll get shot, that shows how people are soo stupid
