Do you mean the 750 or the 755p? There is no 750p.

The 755p is basically the same as the Centro since they both run on the Palm OS. The 750 runs on Windows Mobile. Personally, I'd stay away from WM. Either way, I'd say the Centro is good for a teen because it's smaller, sleeker, looks cooler and comes in different colors. The 750/755p is big and bulky.
