Is the battery of your car under the bonnet or in the boot?

I just happen to find out the other day that mine was in the boot.

  3. I have an Mazda Mx5 and its in the boot. Most car designers seem to go for the engine bay though.

  4. I keep my Battery under the bonnet next to the engine. Then if I'm feeling peckish I simply drive over a bumpy field. This, combined with the heat from the engine, gives me perfect Scrambled Eggs every time!

    The back is an empty space to store stuff and the spare tire.

  11. the Thunderbird's battery is in the trunk. Most Chrysler s put it in the drivers fender well. a battery  will have a longer life it is stored in a area that has a more stable temperature
