Question:

Is the best way to stop the PC police on YA simply to delete everything asked or answered?

Eventually, if we simply reported every question or answer which was not to our liking, as the PC crowd does, Yahoo would be overwhelmed with reporting and might have to do something to stop it. They might even be forced to actually respond to appeals which is something they do not do now. Shall we try it?

  1. I'VE SAID BEFORE AND SAY IT AGAIN ... ITS ALL RUN BY 12 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRLS .... THATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I would have to ask why...  Information given on questions is suppose to be protected, you have noting to hide.. therefore there should be absolutely no reason for worry.  The questions ask are to evaluate individuals for matching purposes..  Wouldn't you rather be matched to a person you might actually like, rather than one you wouldn't.

  3. I empathize with you, however, the paid staff of YA police are too lazy to actually read and evaluate questions and answers. I believe that questions and answers are automatically screened and removed if they contain word combinations like "M..C.A..I..N" and "A..lz..hei.._mers" regardless of the context. Of course the bigger problem are trolls who report people of different political persuasions.

  4. The Gods of Yahoo don't care they are always right and you are always wrong no matter what.  I got reported because a guy got infected with Antivirus 2008 so I sent  him a program that was supposed to help him but it didn't so for this he reported me. Yahoo sent me an e-mail telling me that I violated community standards  "for what, trying to help someone! so I wrote to Yahoo and as usual they replied that they found that I did indeed violate community standards.  You will never win  against Yahoo.

  5. It's a nice idea, but given the real lack of interest that YA has for such things it really wouldn't make any difference.

The trolls come out, thumbs down for good honest answers purely to promote themselves, redirect others to malicious sites and also steal Best Answers to post as their own.

I report abuse, for what good it does, and also plagiarism only to find that I am the one having answers reported and removed.  It's a sickening situation when others blatantly break the CG and get away with it using multiple identities...........it's like banging your head against a brick wall.

I won't be holding my breath over my last appeal, but quite honestly, it does make you think that it's really not worth the effort.
