Yes! I saw that special! It was terribly interesting and I actually watched it twice. It is a species of box jellyfish, but is tiny. Smaller than a quarter.

It is called the Irukanji.

It is called the irukundji.  They are very small, and four times as deadly as box jellyfish.These jellies don't kill as many people as the box jellyfish because of their size.

Australian Box Jellyfish are also known as sea wasps. These salad-bowl size jellyfish has up to 60 tentacles each 15 feet long. Each tentacle has 5000 stinging cells and enough toxins to kill 60 humans.
