if you are referring to http://cad.chp.ca.gov/ they are the only ones I have found so far.

There are a few metro areas that have traffic alerts but not like what CHP has.

No.  What city are you in?    You can try some of the local radio and television station websites.  www.kfwb.com

Most of them have traffic information.

I like www.sigalert.com, they have up to date info on traffic flow and accidents on all the freeways.
