Question:

Is the cannondale multisport 600 (2001) a good road bike?

I'm looking at getting a good road bike. My friend has a multisport 600 that is is great shape. I'm concerned that its not a true road bike in that it is made more for triathilons. Am I mistaken. Also, what should I pay for such a bike? THANKS
