The APR of Capital One is lower that other credit cards but there is a catch.  Your credit limit will be frozen to the initial credit line they offered you.  They will not increase it.  I close my Capital One Credit Card because of this.  You will be paying annual fee on a teeny bitty credit line! Not worth it!

YES! all credit card companies with clever TV commercials solve all of life's problems.  I live debt free... So what's in my wallet?...
