  1. This doesn't provide a whole lot of info, but more than the previous answers.

At most casinos, no.  Texas hold 'em is way way too popular and almost the only thing that anyone wants to play from all the TV coverage it's gotten in the last 5+ years.  I don't have lots of experience in casinos but I have enough to know that it's mostly hold 'em with a few odds and ends of omaha and such thrown in.

The only experience I have in a Detroit casino was at Motor City's card room about 3 years ago.  They had about 15 tables and none were spreading razz or triple draw (sometimes dealt in place of razz, a "newer" lowball game to my understanding.)

I checked into Detroit casinos at some site on the web maybe a year ago (far too long to remember what the site was but I think it just listed the total number of poker tables in the poker room if the casino had one) that listed how many tables at each casino and Motor City was still the same size.  The others in Detroit were quite similar so my guess is that there aren't any Razz games to be found in Detroit.  That part is somewhat speculative, though I'd be surprised if there were.

  2. I haven't seen it anywhere in Las Vegas (or Minnesota). It might be at some of the large California poker rooms. You can check Poker Pages website.
