nope ,, all in full swing here i have motels being built right across the road i can watch it all from where i sit now ,,, must say the eye candy is not bad from here lol ;-)

Absolutely NOT!!!  You cannot get anyone to commit to anything within a three month time.  There are new homes going up all over!!!  A lot of people are moving here from both coasts!!!  It seems like each week I meet someone new from the West Coast.  I have been trying to get someone to lay some new tile in my ktichen now for 3 months and you have to bribe them!!!!  If you can catch them after they finish they're regular job you are lucky.  I think we are going to have to go out of town to get someone, that means a lot more $$$$!!!  I can't wait much longer!!!!  We already took up the other tile thinking it would save time, that was 3 months ago!!!

Wisconsin is dead slow.All trades are idle unless tied to commercial builders who bid 18 months in advance of the project. This soon will come to an end as all commercial is slowing. Thank the current administration
