Is the comcast phone service good?

I see the commercial that you can get a free wii if you bundle with comcast. I already have cable and internet with them, but I am scared the phone will be horrible.

Comcast is ok the thing about them is that they say it's like $33 a month but after six months it goes up to $39.99 a month. I have the same phone service from a different co. and I love it and I pay $29.99 which doesn't go up. Also I got a free video phone which is AWESOME because it allows me to see the person that I'm talking to and vise-versa. Well if we want to see each other... :o) I just had a baby and my grandmom lives far so I told her about the free phone and now she gets to see her great-gran as often as she likes. We love it. I haven't had any problems with them.
