(shall we say) but .,...(((don't worry )))because we have a bottomless pit of taxpayers money ready!! and waiting for us to shouvel it into the coffers of a private legal team that will take 25 years (on full pay) to sort out !!  what it would take a particularly  dim haddoc a day! to come up with an answer to. (((((welcome to the EU.)))))

The common foreign and security policy is more of an internal relation between the EU member states to keep the foreign relations of the individual states similar.  It tries to normalize foreign relations with outside entities so that the foreign policies of the individual countries of the EU are as similar as possible.

    The EU foreign policy is different.  It is the collective foreign policy of the governing body (organization) itself, not that of each member state.  The EU foreign policy is often similar to the common foreign and security policy in terms of their long term strategic goals, but they can vary on occassion depending on the differences of the internal member states.
