Definitely improving.  There are many countries now that have accepted that women can and do run Countries, Corporations, and are a force to be reckoned with.

Each generation seems to improve the conditions for women, we still have set backs, and many Countries will not give up the male dominance easily, but yes conditions are improving...Better educated, more opportunities and support are all factors in this movement.....thank you
