Is the dietary supplement EDTA safe??

I noticed that it has a form of calcium, yet it is supposed to remove calcium from the arteries. Doesn't make sense to me.

  1. SODIUM or Calcium EDTA ... has to be an IV (given through the veins).

    It's for treating lead poisoning and other heavy metal poisoning, and it's an unpleasant and dangerous treatment. It's better than dying of lead poisoning or else they wouldn't use it.

    If Sodium EDTA is not given correctly, it can remove the calcium from your blood and you die ... real fast.  If Calcium EDTA is given too fast, it hurts like Hades.
