could the doctor be real (the 1 like from doctor who) please dont say im crazy but could he be real but like maybe with a different name or something.

Well anything is possible.  But not bloody likely.  As in, you have a better chance of winning the lottery ten times in your lifetime than there is a species of timelords out there somewhere.  So for all intents and purposes, no.

Modern physics says that the time travel machine won't work.  And, getting it to be dimensionally transcendental isn't possible.

So we're left with Aurthur Clarke's rules.  If a senior scientist says it can't be done, it's going to be difficult.  He was very smart, but did write fiction for a living.  Much of his speculations on the edge of the possible have already been done.
