Is the dr200se an off road bike?

Question

i am wonting to know this as i am getting one down and i need to now if they are off road or not.

and if you dont mind telling me how good they are of road that would be nice.

Yes they are off road bikes. Kinda small but a good starter bike. They are street legal as well. The stock tires are called trail wings suck off-road unless you ride on hard dirt and no sand.
