Is the driver's license test difficult?

If you have not prepared for it - studied the driver's manual or taken a practice test or two online, chances are you will NOT pass...If you have a learner's permit and are going for your real license and you have not paid attention to what your instructor has been telling you and you do not know what the road test consists of, chances are that you will NOT pass.

In other words, study the book...Don't just know, but understand what its telling you...Get used to somebody telling you where to drive or what they want you to do with the vehicle...That is what the examiner is going to do...It may be as close as you come to being a cab driver...Follow an applicant who is taking their road test - see where they go, what kind of maneuvers have to be made...That way there are not very many surprises...Be prepared, be relaxed and confident in your abilities and then the tests should be LESS difficult.

Noooooooooo.

Make complete stops behind stop lines. Use turn lanes when they are provided. Know when you have the right-of-way and take it when you have it.

Check for blind spots, if you don’t know what a blind spot is, find out before you test. Don’t rely on your mirrors alone, quick glances over your shoulder when you are backing is good.

If they want to make small talk they will but don’t be overly friendly it makes them think you have something to hide and are trying to distract them in dmv driving test.

And the main thing is…breathe.

If you have a good examiner they will make you feel comfortable and at ease in the driving permit test .
