  1. No, because we are not sending the earth's natural resources into outer space - in case you didn't bother to notice. Actually, the earth is getting heavier because of the accumulation of space dust and metor showers.

No, the molecules that make up the oils and minerals are still here on Earth (well, except for a few spacecraft we've sent to the Moon, Mars, Venus and beyond).  They've just been converted into other compounds, such as carbon dioxide - which is a concern because carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas and traps heat.
