  1. The economy is not broken, so there is nothing to fix.

Its not like the economy is a car or something.

If you can go out and buy something and exchange cash (or the equivalent check,CC, etc) then it means that its not broken.

  2. Bingo . It's like going to a poker game and the cards are marked and there are sharks playing too .

  3. Economy is far to complicated to fix on a whole..some things are fixed, for example: try going to different moving companies for prices, they're all the same!

  4. I really don't think so,  but I've been told to watch the gas prices,  that they always go down before an election.  keep an eye out.

  5. No, sorry!

  6. the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

  7. Not in an election year. There wasn't so much whining about the economy being bad (never mind that the unemployment rate is VERY low) until the elections cranked up, and then the Democrats starting hammering that the economy is bad and it's the Republicans' fault.

  8. You talk about "the economy" as if it were a simple appliance. It's a very dynamic one with millions of moving parts. Is the weather "fixed"? It doesn't stay the same from day to day either. In fact, some days it's downright nasty.
