My company pays auto expense reimbursement for use of the employees own vehicle. Who is responsible for maintaining the records for mileage and fuel expenses?

  1. The person to ask would be the employer, but even if they say that they will maintain those records, it's a good idea to keep copies in case there is a discrepancy or a tax related question.
