I know that it is an entheogenic hallucinogenic sage-like mint plant from Oaxaca, Mexico, used in rituals by Mazatec Shaman. I know that it is legal in the US, except for the states of Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri & Oklahoma. However, the Military has many regulations and rules. When you talk to a recruiter you're bending over, & when you sign the dotted line you're sticking the pen up your ***.

I spoke to a Special Agent in the GA State DEA office and he had no clue what I was talking about. I spoke to the CID duty NCO on the phone too, and she immediately 'knew' what it was and said that it's illegal for us, in the Army. I think she's BSing me, like many fun-sucking NCOs like to do. I read on the DEA website, in a search for "salvia", that theyre still learning about the plant and haven't even put controls on it crossing the border. Theyre barely monitoring it. It is sold in US tobacco shops! Is it really illegal? DOD doesnt even search for 'Salvinorum A' in urinalysis!
