Is the entire 7 mile beach topless in negril?

Actually the poster is right.. 7 mile beach, which is comprised of both Long Bay and Bloody Bay are both topless.. Mainly you will only see a handful of Europeans indulging in the fact that it is.. Now nude and clothing optional is limited to a few resorts. Couples Negril, Grand Lido, Hedo, Firefly and Point Village all have designated clothing optional or nude area's.

The only resort that truly frowns upon topless is Sandals and Beaches resorts. Both owned by the same company. You will NOT see any Jamaicans taking part in topless though. Just tourists.

They do go topless but only a handful and they were mostly European, being from the U.S. this was a different experience I did like the beach it was really clean and beautiful. They have security on the beach so no one does anything they are not supposed to (well almost) the tourist do get away with some things :)!
