Is the environmental movement ultimately misanthropic in nature?

  1. No.  Almost all the movements show that their immediate concern is for man.  Almost all environmental damage is explained in terms of the consequences to man.  Most concern for other animals and plants seems to be an afterthought and often how the loss will affect the coming human generations.  It's a pity really.


  2. Only if you believe man is separate from nature, not part of nature.

  3. I hope not, but it would not shock me.
