yes the epiphone les paul is a very well made guitar. but it is recommended to upgrade the pots, switch,jack and pickups switch craft jack and switch CTS pots 500k ,and for the best tone i would highly recommend REED JAMES custom pickups

YES!!!! If you can get hold of one, don't let it go....any epiphone or les paul (Gibson) is an awesome guitar.
