Yes he is the great uncle to Paul and Willie and Raymond. Jock McStay is a cousin. The McStay family have been a part of Celtic FC almost from the beginning. There have been trainers and groundsmen from the family before the first player, Willie McStay. Proud Glasgow family and great Celtic people.
