There are 16 grams of fat in smuckers natural crunchy peanut butter. 2grams are saturated and there are no trans fat.

The ingredients to the peanut butter literally say: "Peanuts and salt"

Ive heard that peanuts have good fat, but 16 grams sounds like a lot?

Is it healthy?
