Is the fender rumble 100 a good amp?

I've been using a Pevey MicroBass and its small and makes that g*y noise amps make when it cant handle the low notes. I was wondering if the Rumble 100 would let me play pretty loud but with clarity on loud low notes. If you have any questions, ask them.
