Is the fico score on my credit card's webstie accurate?

I got an email from WaMu saying that my credit score had changed by 20 points or more. When I opened the account info for WaMu and looked at "Credit Profile," it had gone up like 40 points. Should I rely on that, or get a credit report on my own to verify it?

I also have a WAMU account and have access to my own credit report with score.

I have found their information to be very accurate.
