a 1 year old wont even watch the t.v. so it doesn't matter and they wont remember anyways besides they are so innocent in their thinking then that they probably wouldn't understand

h**l yes. You'd be surprised what those little eyes are perceiving. Their brains are like little sponges and they may not be scared but they can have memories that will give them nightmares years later. My little sister saw IT when she was one, we thought a baby wouldn't get scared, and she wasn't. We never saw it again, and neither did she. Then when she was three she had nightmares, when she described them as memories, they were exactly like scenes from IT.

So I'd say, yes.

It will be scary if the child understands the movie, but if it dosent ,it wont be paying attention.

Maybe but it wouldn't because they just star laughing or they won't even pay attention to the TV.

if he or she is a 1yr old i don't think it would scare him or her unless he or she is like three or something than maybe yeah it might scare him or her hope this helps
