Is the first ultrasound most accurate?

For due date i had one at 4weeks and 4days.

nope. the first ultrasound cant really tell you too much. the third one is the best i think

For a more accurate due date, yes. Early on in your pregnancy it is easier to recognize the development i.e. between 6-7 weeks the heart starts beating, at 8 weeks the baby becomes a fetus and forms arm and leg stumps, etc. so its more accurate at telling the gestational age.

Depends on what you mean by most accurate. For fetal age then yes anything before 12 weeks is the most accurate in terms of s*x they really cant tell the s*x of the baby till about 18 weeks or so even then it still isnt that accurate. The older they are the better it is to tell.

for finding out the s*x of the child? the closer to the end the better... its a bigger better view

Depends on what the ultra sound is for i had one at 5 weeks and 6 days that gave me a due date of the 12th of april a ultrasound 12 days later gives me a due date of march the 27th,

dating scans at 12 weeks are most accurate for due dates but can still be a couple of weeks out either way
