Is the flip mino the best camcorder for that price?

Is it the best camera for the price or is their better cameras for around that price range and if there are better ones can you recommend some?

You could take a look at the Creative Vado.  It's about $60 cheaper than the Flip Mino and comes with a bigger 2" LCD screen.  The video and sound quality might be a little worse than the Mino, but it still should be acceptable quality.  It all depends on what you're planning on using it for.

This camcorder is better and cheaper than that one. This one records in HD. Check it out at Best Buy because I saw it on their website. Here's the link to the company's website:
