  1. where is olive garden?

  2. I also agree with CEM.   Who cares if it is frozen and reheated.  It is still delicious.  I absolutely love their chicken fettucini and if we all knew the calories in every food we ate, we would not eat at all.

  3. i've heard it's frozen and reheated. definitely not freshly made. olive garden is one of the worst restaurants to go for food. they have refused to disclose calorie information for their dishes because everything they serve is really high in fat and calories. so if people knew the real numbers...they'll be discouraged to go anymore!

  4. frozen and reheated

  5. I think Olive Garden's food is awesome.  I don't care if its frozen and reheated.  I also don't give 2 craps of the calorie or fat intake.  My weight is healthy and when I go out to eat at a restaurant it's for a treat.  I don't do it everyday.

To answer your question, I'm going with the majority of the answers.

  6. frozen and reheated, or prepared the day before

  7. I think it is frozen and reheated.

  8. Olive Garden does not make their food from scratch, it is not freshly made.

It is heated up and served!

  9. All fast food places are usually frozen and re-heated. Where I work we have to freeze our soups, bread sticks and many of the meats, because you never now how fast it will go. Ours are all homemade though. Not bought through food services. I have to agree I too like Olive Garden though.

  10. My understanding is it's already made before arriving at the restaurant, probably to ensure homogeneity.
