the strike isn't over, but the train traffic is getting better. Even if the strike would stop tomorrow, the traffic will take one week to return to normal...

Not at all, and the worst is to come, in my own opinion. Trains schedules are erratic and impredictable and workers whos use trains don't know what to do.
