Question:

Is the garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioner, good for your hair?

I usually use it every time i wash my hair, but I was reading it and it said it was for controlling frizz and stuff. But I want it to make my hair soft, smooth, strong and whatnot. Does it have like weird chemicals in it that make my hair less frizzy?

Thank you!

  1. I use it and its great.  I have naturally straight hair so I don't know about naturally frizzy hair.  I use it because I swim in a pool and the chlorine was doing a number on my hair color.  My stylist was threatening me so I started using it and its great.

  2. Less frizzy is what you want. For softness and smoothness, Sleek and Shine is really good. I used it for a long time, still have the leave-in conditioner.

But really - it starts with your original conditioner. Leave almost all conditioner in your hair when you shower, seriously rinse hardly any out. That's what I do with my hair and it works ssooo good. Then I use a frizz serum and saturate my hair in it and I also use some mousse.

Blow-dry with a Ceramic Ionic blowdryer with a heat concentrating attachment. Use a boar-bristle brush - either round or paddle.
