Supremex is an envelope-paper business thoughout Canada with 1 office in the USA.

Enveloppe Montreal is an envelope business in Montreal with 3 other small offices thorughtout Quebec and Ontario.

There are rumours Supremex is going to purchase Enveloppe Montreal and we, in Toronto, do not know anything about it.

What we do know is that the sale has to be approved by the government.

We want to know if Supremex has offered to purchase Montreal and if they accepted?

Also, please refer to my question answered by John n. Bernard Proulx has been dead for over 4 years. We are all stressed out over this. The office in Montreal is on summer summer shut down.

This is my 4th request!

Please help us find an answer! Thank you

  1. You are asking for a lot of information that does not need to be made public. If the sale has been approved by the government, then the offer must have been made. The best place to start is the stock exchange. If there is an offer, or a pending offer, they will know about it. Start there.pp
