Is the government serious?!?!?!?

I just heard on the radio that bonfires on the beaches of Seattle, which have been commonplace and have not created any sort of damage, are going to be banned because they "cause global warming." This is a blatant restriction of privileges based on something that is completely false. Am I the only one who thinks this is awful?

No, you are definatly not the only one who thinks this is awful.

The governemt should focus on what is really causing global warming, the green houses gases and how to decrease the amount of them going into the atmosphere. bonfires on the beach don't do that. (i'm sorry to dissappoint you, government, but it's true!) I hope they change that bonfire law!
