Is the govt of india is only for the govt servants?

Question

Big B is now relaxed. He is no more seen farming to make the judiciary to believe that he was a farmer . Now he is into Blogging. and he is seen advising Mr Raj Thakre and the Health minister. My quiry is whether a govt is of the govt servant, for the govt servant and by the govt servant ?

Then where does the so called privates like Big Bs fit in ?

The Government servant today is not accountable to the citizen, because the local urban bodies governance structure does not allow an elected body of the people like the Mayor,Police Commissioner,Health Commissioner to govern. It is the Municipal commissioner,the IPS officer and bureaucrats of same elk who Govern the local bodies.

Corruption charges get investigated and charges framed by another bureaucrat. Proving the charges and meting out punishment is another torturous process.

Till we implement Regional change. empowerment of local bodies and Citizens,enabling the change ,and direct accountability  of the bureaucrat ,you will not see improvement in present state of affairs.

The question is not of govt. or pvt. its being popular and unpopular. Big B is a popular figure in India and media needs sensational / masala news related to such people to sell. Their will be several people who have acquired several acres of land or........ ilegally but not highlighted by the media. Opposition leaders also need some negative points of the govt. to be in news.
