Nope no where near the tallest and fastest honour goes to Kingda Ka at Six flags Great Adventure at 128mph and 456 feet

Griffon is the tallest dive machine in the world though (205ft) and the fastest (dive machine) (71mph)

Griffon is the tallest and fastest DIVE Machine coaster (out of only 3 in existance).  The tallest and fastest coaster, like everyone else said, would be Kingda Ka at Six Flags.
