Is the headbutt a big thing back east?

I have never heard anyone threaten anybody with a headbutt in San Diego, i went back east and heard it a bunch, and i watched an episode of tila tequila's show and i heard it on that aswell. Just Wondering

Ah yes the old Liverpool Kiss, I don't know if it's a big thing or not in USA but it can be a very powerful hit if you use it correctly. If you headbutt someone and hit the nose it can do a lot of damage and open some big cuts as well.

As a resident easterner, I wouldn't threaten with head butt, just do it if it is what to do at that moment.  Front or back, the head butt is a part of a combantats tool box.

Im in New England and I DO hear it sometimes but not often. It can be very effective if done correctly but also could hurt you too if done wrong!

Go ahead and watch the next episode of Tila Tequila and see how effective it can be!! If someone wants to get up in your face and act bad, just headbutt them in the nose and see how much junk their talking after that!!!

well it is wostly used when you are in very close and you cant use your hands or feet just are last option if there is nothing else to do.
