You can live without eyes and sexual organs. You can also live without bowels. You cannot live without a liver or else your body would be full of toxic waste- your liver is responsible for deamination of amonia which comes from the breakdown of proteins (primary structure amino acids) Your liver also makes alocohol safe for your body. It's possible to live without a large intestine and a stomach and a pancreas. It's also possible to live with no kidneys however you would need constant dialysis to remove waste from your body. The only organs you absolutely can't live without are a heart, lungs, brain, small intestine, liver and skin- did you know your skin was an organ?

Quite simply you need barely any of your organs to live but you would rely on machines and drugs for your whole life and probably prefer to be dead anway!
