The heart is made up of cardiac muscle tissue, so would that make the heart a muscle as well? Or is it just an organ, and the muscles inside it are just the muscles.

This is for a biology project, describing about the muscular system. The heart would be the only major structure of the cardiac muscle tissue in the muscular system?
