I personally dislike the iPhone, wasnt even the first touchscreen for those who werent aware.

The iPhone is a surprisingly proprietary, closed platform. It has nothing to offer with its premium price over other phones, especially Palm and Windows mobiles based ones with touch-screens. They are far more customizable, and have about 800 times as much software available for them (not a exaggeration).

Hello Monabelle M,

The iPhone is pretty spectacular.  Web browsing is fantastic on the iPhone compared to what I have seen on other cell phones.  I love the WiFi capabilities and the music and movies.  

The interface is very easy to use and it's what really seperates it from other look-alike mobile phones.

If there's an Apple store near where you live, go and check it out.  Best of luck.
